  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create visually appealing content
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Assist with video editing and photography as needed

Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
  • Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
